Client Managed Project
The purchaser manages the process to include;

The supply of all relevant information

Stage drawings where available

Conduct the review process

Distribution of documentation to stakeholders
Third Party Templates
Quotations are prepared on the basis that our agreed templates are used.
Any request to re-format or present information on third-party templates are treated as a variation and will attract additional costs, to be agreed prior to commencement.
We do not compile, complete, or present information using competitor templates on their behalf.

All Drafts and Final issues are presented as a PDF document as standard and included in the quoted price, documents required as a Word document the ©copyright charge will be imposed to sign over the written work to the client to brand or amend themselves accordingly.
Management Charge
An Additional Management Charge per hour applies, charged in multiples of one (1) hour, for additional work undertaken outside the scope of the original quotation.
The charge shall apply to:
Additional work instructed after the agreed review date.
Amendments, revisions or alterations to existing presentations or documentation following completion of the agreed review process.
Further work arising from subsequent instructions, design changes, revised information or additional client requirements not included within the original agreed scope.
Gathering and presenting Test Certification or As Fitted Drawings after review due is completed
Any such additional work shall be undertaken as further instructed by the Client and charged at the above rate, where this arrangement has been identified and agreed within the accepted quotation.
