Purpose and Status of the Building User Guide

Provides building owners, facilities management personnel and building users with clear and readily accessible information concerning the intended operation and use of the building and its installed building services.

The Guide provides a concise overview of the building's operational and environmental strategy, principal engineering services, user controls, energy and water management arrangements, safety procedures and maintenance considerations.

We don't simply extract information from O&M Manuals, we interpret the completed building and opaline it from the user's point of view
