Your Next Project Starts With a Conversation.

FROM PROJECT COMMENCEMENT TO FINAL HANDOVER WE WRITE, REVIEW AND MANAGE THE INFORMATION THAT MAKES YOUR BUILDING UNDERSTANDABLE.
Talk to us about
Every assignment undertaken by The Manualwriter is authored from scratch for the individual project.
We don't buy in generic manuals, recycle somebody else's work or subcontract our assignments to third-party authors.
From the first review of the project information through to final handover, the work remains with us — researched, written, developed and reviewed as the project evolves.
The people you appoint are the people who write your manuals.
Your project. Your information.
Your manual. Authored from scratch.

We don't just tell you everything about the building.
We make sure you can find it.
The provision of an Operation and Maintenance Manual does not automatically include the preparation of a separate Building User Guide, Building Logbook or Asset Register.
Where these documents are required, their inclusion, scope and responsibility for preparation must be expressly identified within the contractual documentation.
Any subsequent requirement falling outside the original agreed scope is subject to assessment as an additional service or contractual variation.
We are pleased to author Building User Guides, Building Logbooks and Asset Registers where expressly requested and identified as part of the agreed contractual scope of services.
Where subsequently required, these documents may be commissioned as additional services, subject to separate quotation.
